Indian Currency: 18 % Goods & Service Tax (GST) plus Convenience fees based on the mode of payment (as given in the table below) along with taxes will be charged additionally to the Registration Fees. The final amount will be near about to the earlier mentioned fees. Use the payment mode wisely.

Registration Policy:

“To be published in the EITES 2019 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for submission in Special Issue of SCOPUS/WoS indexed International Journal, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the Program Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions.

Paper presentation via SKYPE if requested, can be arranged for outstation/International Authors ONLY.

Non-refundable registration fees must be paid along with uploading the final CPS formatted, camera-ready version of the paper.

For authors with multiple accepted papers, he/she has to register for each paper.

Registration Fee for Authors is inclusive of EITES 2019 Conference Proceedings CD, conference material, access to all sessions, tea-coffee, lunch on conference days and banquet.

Registration Fee for Attendee is inclusive of conference material, access to all sessions, tea-coffee, lunch on conference days and banquet.

Registration Fee for Accompanying Person (Spouse) is inclusive of access to all sessions, tea-coffee, lunch on conference days and banquet.

Registered authors and attendees will have to make their own arrangements for accommodation and logistics (travel).

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the EITES 2019 Conference Proceedings. Extended version of the selected papers will be recommended for Special Issue OR Regular paper in SCOPUS/WoS indexed International Journal as given in Publication Opportunities.
