1. All paper submissions must be written in English.
2. Please send your original research work related to the conference tracks. Papers should be original and not submitted elsewhere for publication.
3. All papers must be formatted in standard IEEE 2-column format. The mandatory IEEE template in Microsoft Word and LaTeX format can be found at the IEEE templates page.
4. All papers must be formatted as per publisher's guidelines .
5. Only Adobe PDF files will be accepted for the review process. All submissions must be made electronically through EasyChair.
6. A maximum paper length is of Six (6) printed pages including figures, tables and references using the Publisher's format without incurring additional page charges (maximum 2 additional page with over length page charge of USD 05 per page if accepted). Papers exceeding 08 pages will not be accepted at EasyChair.
7. Review Process for the selection of papers will focus on the technical quality and relevance to the tracks.
8. Papers not following these guidelines will be rejected without review and further action may be taken, including (but not limited to) notifications sent to the heads of the institutions of the authors and sponsors of the conference.
9. The verdict of the reviewers shall be final and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.
10. All accepted & presented papers will be published in EITES 2019 Conference Proceedings (In process, ISBN Number Approval Pending). Extended version of the selected papers will be recommended for Special Issue OR Regular paper in SCOPUS/WoS indexed International Journal as given in Publication Opportunities.

Important Policy Announcement

EITES 2019 enforces a "no show" policy and only papers that are presented by an author at the conference will be sent for inclusion in the digital libraries.

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conferences/workshops/symposia at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously. Follow these links to learn more:

Please Note: To be published in the EITES 2019 Conference Proceedings,an author of an accepted paper is required to register (Non-refundable registration fees) for the conference and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference. For authors with multiple accepted papers, he/she has to register for each paper.

Overlength Page Charges

Note that each accepted paper is limited to 6 pages (with no more than 8 pages, with USD 05 overlength charge for each extra page). Overlength (extra page) charges must be paid while Registration.

Publication Opportunities

All accepted & presented papers will be published in EITES 2019 Conference Proceedings. Two exclusive Special Issues (SI) in SCOPUS/WoS indexed International Journal for EITES 2019 has been approved. Extended Version of the selected papers based on the scope will be recommended for submission & publication in Special Issue of following SCOPUS/WoS indexed International Journal:
