Registration Policy:

“To be published in the EITES 2025 Conference Proceedings to be eligible for submission in Computer Society Digital Library (CSDL) and IEEE Xplore and submitted to indexers such as SCOPUS, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be presented (Online/In-person) by an author of that paper at the conference.

Non-refundable registration fees must be paid along with uploading the final CPS IEEE formatted, camera-ready version of the paper.

For authors with multiple accepted papers, he/she has to register for each paper.

Registration Fee for Authors (In-person) is inclusive of conference material, access to all sessions, tea-coffee, lunch on conference days and banquet.

Registration Fee for Attendee (In-person) is inclusive of conference material, access to all sessions, tea-coffee, lunch on conference days and banquet.

Registration Fee for Accompanying Person (Spouse) (In-person) is inclusive of access to all sessions, tea-coffee, lunch on conference days and banquet.

Registered Authors (In-person) and Attendees (In-person) will have to make their own arrangements for accommodation and logistics (travel).

Registration Fee for Authors (Online) and Attendees (Online) is inclusive of access to all sessions (Online) ONLY.

Refunds & Cancellation

Refund (if any) initiated will be credited to the account/card from where the transaction had initiated. The fees paid is non-refundable

All requests for registration transfers must be provided via email to the Program Chairs and received by 15 July 2025.
