Submission Guidelines

  1. All paper submissions must be written in English.
  2. Please send your original research work related to the conference tracks. Papers should be original and not submitted elsewhere for publication.
  3. All papers must be formatted in standard CPS IEEE 2-column format. The mandatory CPS IEEE template in Microsoft Word and LaTeX format can be found at the CPS IEEE Conference Templates Page .
  4. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process. All submissions must be made electronically through TBA.
  5. A Maximum Paper length is of Six (6) printed pages including figures, tables and references using the CPS IEEE format without incurring additional page charges (maximum 2 additional page with over length page charge of USD 20/Rs 1000 per page if accepted). Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted.
  6. Review Process for the selection of papers will focus on the technical quality and relevance to the tracks.
  7. Papers not following these guidelines will be rejected without review and further action may be taken, including (but not limited to) notifications sent to the heads of the institutions of the authors.
  8. The verdict of the reviewers shall be final and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.
  9. All accepted & presented papers will be published in conference proceedings by Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library and submitted to indexers such as SCOPUS.

Important Policy Announcement

EITES 2025 enforces a "no show" policy and only papers that are presented by an author at the conference will be sent for inclusion in the digital libraries.

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conferences/workshops/symposia at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously. Follow these links to learn more about IEEE's policy/guidelines:

Online Submission

Online Submission is via Microsoft CMT Service. Microsoft CMT submission requires having an account in Microsoft CMT. If you do not have an account, please create a new account at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/User/Register before proceeding for paper submission. The Microsoft CMT service is used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service is provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Please Note: To be published in the EITES 2025 Conference Proceedings by Conference Publishing Services (CPS), an author of an accepted paper is required to register (Non-refundable registration fees) for the conference and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference. For authors with multiple accepted papers, he/she has to register for each paper. Authors have to sign the IEEE Copyright Transfer form.
