EITES 2025 enforces a "no show" policy and only papers that are presented by an author at the conference will be sent for inclusion in the digital libraries.
Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conferences/workshops/symposia at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously. Follow these links to learn more about IEEE's policy/guidelines:
Online Submission is via Microsoft CMT Service. Microsoft CMT submission requires having an account in Microsoft CMT. If you do not have an account, please create a new account at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/User/Register before proceeding for paper submission. The Microsoft CMT service is used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service is provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
If you have any questions regarding the submission of manuscripts, please contact the Technical Program Chair Prof.(Dr.) Ajey Kumar
Please Note: To be published in the EITES 2025 Conference Proceedings by Conference Publishing Services (CPS), an author of an accepted paper is required to register (Non-refundable registration fees) for the conference and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference. For authors with multiple accepted papers, he/she has to register for each paper. Authors have to sign the IEEE Copyright Transfer form.
